How soon can we start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks. It depends on availability and project fit. Once we align, we move fast.
What if I only need design or just dev?
That works. We can jump in where it makes sense — design only, dev only, or both. Totally up to you.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. You’ll get 1 week of post-launch support. If you need longer-term help, we can set up a monthly retainer.
Can I update the site myself later?
Absolutely. You’ll have full access and control — plus training or handoff docs if needed.
What’s your typical process?
Kickoff call, concept phase, daily async updates, shared boards, and 2-day check-ins. You’ll always know where things stand.
How do payments work?
50% upfront, 50% on delivery — unless we agree on something else. We keep it simple and fair.
